Si las oposiciones prosperan y comprenden parcialmente la zona pedida, se ordenará su reducción, para lo cual se concederá un termino de treinta (30) días; presentados los nuevos pianos y la alinderación correspondiente, se dispondrá la entrega, que deberá efectuarse dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la resolución. Cuando la oposición comprenda totalmente la zona pedida y se declare fundada, se archivará el negocio.
