En caso de discrepancia judicialmente comprobada entre los resultados de las votaciones que consten en las actas de escrutinio enviadas al Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo y los que resulten de las enviadas a la Corporación Electoral que deba hacer el escrutinio correspondiente, se preferirán los primeros y con base en dichos resultados se hará el cómputo de los votos.
