Repealed

Los Bancos que no dieren cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo 30 de esa Ley, serán obligados a suscribir en Bonos Agrarios de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y minero, un valor igual a los saldos no prestados resultantes al finalizar cada trimestre.

Parágrafo 1

La obligación de que trata este artículo comprende al Banco Ganadero en caso de no cumplir con lo estatuido en esta Ley.

Parágrafo 2

Estas suscripciones serán ordenadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria mediante resoluciones motivadas.
