ARTICULO 3.2.3.9.- OBLIGACION DE EXHIBICION DE DOCUMENTOS. Los miembros deberán poner a disposición tanto de las autoridades de la bolsa como de la Superintendencia de Valores para su examen y cada vez que sean requeridos para ello, la contabilidad, la correspondencia y todos los comprobantes y papeles relacionados con el negocio de valores.
