Pago de la asunción. El plazo y la forma de pago de la asunción se acordarán entre la entidad empleadora y el tercero. Las obligaciones crediticias que surjan de dicho acuerdo tendrán el privilegio previsto en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 34 de la Ley 1116 de 2006. (Decreto 4014 de 2006. artículo 3 ° )
