Artículo decimocuarto. Para los efectos del artículo 15 del Decreto 2169 de 1970, se entienden por modificaciones en la licencia de tránsito; los cambios de servicio o destinación, el cambio de motor o chasis, el cambio de color, la transformación y el cambio de residencia o vecindad del vehículo.
