Articulo 15. Los prestamos para inversiones industriales o mineras deben estar garantizados con prenda industrial o minera, o con hipoteca. También podrán concederse para estos fines prestamos a corto plazo con garantía personal o simplemente personales, dentro de las condiciones que establece la ley. Los plazos de las operaciones de que trata este articulo no podrán exceder de seis años.
