Modifícase el numeral 3 del artículo 325 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el cual quedará así:

"3. Representación legal. La representación legal de la Superintendencia Bancaria corresponde al Superintendente Bancario, quien la podrá delegar en los términos establecidos en la ley."
