Prueba por informe en los procesos concursales. A petición de parte o cuando el juez del concurso considere necesario acreditar hechos sobre los cuales debe adoptar decisiones, podrá requerir a los promotores, liquidadores y agentes interventores para que presenten informes sobre hechos, actuaciones, cifras o demás datos que resulten de los archivos, registros, contabilidad y soportes del deudor, expresando que tienen como objeto servir de prueba en el proceso concursal.
