Al empleado inscrito en la carrera administrativa que cambie de empleo por ascenso, traslado o incorporación le será actualizada su inscripción en el escalafón. Para éste trámite la unidad de personal correspondiente enviará a la respectiva Comisión del Servicio Civil el formulario que para el efecto se establezca.
