º . Modifíquese el artículo 1º del Decreto 822 de 2000, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 1º. Créase en el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, el Programa Presidencial para el Sistema Nacional de Juventud, el cual ejercerá sus actividades bajo la supervisión inmediata del Vicepresidente de la República. Este Programa podrá utilizar la expresión 'Colombia Joven' para todos sus efectos".
