amends decreto 2351/65

El artículo 39 del Decreto 2351 de 1965 quedará así:

Cuota por beneficio convencional .

Los trabajadores no sindicalizados, por el hecho de beneficiarse de la convención colectiva, deberán pagar al sindicato, durante su vigencia, una suma igual a la cuota ordinaria con que contribuyen los afiliados al sindicato.
