De conformidad con lo establecido, en. los decretos 444 de 1967, 1021, 2974 y 3130 de 1968, la Junta Directiva del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones estará compuesta por los siguientes miembros

a)

Ministro de Desarrollo Económico, quien la presidirá.

b)

Gerente del Banco de la República.

c)

Director del Instituto de Comercio Exterior

d)

Cuatro miembros de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República.

Parágrafo

El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico podrá delegar esta atribución en el Viceministro del ramo.
