La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial los parágrafos de los artículos 171, 172, 175, 215 y 216 numeral 1 de la Ley 100 de 1993 , el parágrafo del artículo 3°, el literal (c) del artículo 13, los literales (d) y (j) del artículo 14 de la Ley 1122 de 2007 , el artículo 121 del Decreto-ley 2150 de 1995, el numeral 43.4.2 del artículo 43 y los numerales 44.1.7, 44.2.3 del artículo 44 de la Ley 715 de 2001 , así como los artículos relacionados con salud de Ley 1066 de 2006 .
