La Junta Directiva de la Compañía estará integrada de la siguiente forma: Por el Ministro de la Economía Nacional ,quien será el Presidente de la Corporación. Por un miembro designado libremente por el Presidente de la República; Por un representante del Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales. Por un representante de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros; y Por un miembro elegido por los demás accionistas.
