El Consejo Nacional de Profesiones Internacionales y afines, para su funcionamiento interno tendrá un Presidente y un Secretario quienes serán elegidos, de su seno, en la forma como se determine en el reglamento interno, quienes ejercerán las funciones que se detallan adelante. No podrán establecerse dignatarios distintos de los establecidos en este decreto.
