ARTICULO 155 . Facultades . El tercero civilmente responsable tiene los mismos derechos y facultades de cualquier sujeto procesal. No podrá ser condenado en perjuicios cuando no se haya notificado debidamente y se le haya permitido controvertir las pruebas en su contra.
