ARTICULO 3.4.0.2.- PERMISO PARA LLEVAR A CABO COMISION NDEPENDIENTE HABITUAL DE VALORES. Las Sociedades Comisionistas independientes de valores, deberán solicitar permiso a la Superintendencia de Valores; la cual solo lo otorgará cuando la postulante reúna las condiciones exigidas para calificar a los miembros de una bolsa; constituya caución suficiente a juicio de la misma Superintendencia y ante ella para responder por el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones; presente para su aprobación el reglamento y la tarifa de su negocio y, en fin, ajuste sus obligaciones, en lo pertinente a las previstas para los miembros de las bolsas.
