Parágrafo

del artículo 117 del Decreto 805 de 1947, así: En caso de que el avaluador de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero no concurra a tomar posesión del cargo en el término de tres (3) días después de su nombramiento, el Alcalde designará un nuevo perito, quien deberá ser persona que se encuentre en la cabecera del Municipio y que reúna las condiciones exigidas por el artículo 711 del Código Judicial Los peritos deberán rendir su dictamen dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a su posesión.
