Cuando sacadas a remate mercancías tomadas de contrabando o abandonadas por el importador, no fueren adjudicadas, el Administrador de la Aduana lo avisará al Ministerio e Hacienda para que resuelva si la nueva licitación se abre en la Aduana o se trasladan los objetos a otra oficina de Hacienda Nacional para su remate en ésta.
