º. El artículo 222 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: " Artículo 222. En los casos de importaciones temporales, cuando el importador opte por el despacho para consumo de las mercancías correspondientes, la base gravable se determinará en moneda colombiana, al tipo de cambio fijado por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, que esté vigente en la fecha de presentación de la respectiva declaración de despacho para consumo. Lo aquí previsto será aplicable a las importaciones temporales para perfeccionamiento activo " .
