Art. 7º Los pensionados militares podrán continuar figurando con los grados que tienen en las listas del Fisco, para el solo efecto de que sigan disfrutando de las pensiones; pero para ser inscritos en el Escalafón es indispensable la revisión y revalidación de sus títulos.
