Las empresas Productoras-Comercializadoras, los Transportadores, los Distribuidores-Comercializadores de gas natural y las empresas generadoras de electricidad a base de gas natural, en cumplimiento de las normas vigentes, tomarán todas las medidas necesarias para que, aún frente a las situaciones a que se refiere el presente decreto, no creen, por su negligencia, racionamientos de gas o de electricidad.
