TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 122. Tribunal competente.- Es competente para conocer de la calificación de una huelga del Tribunal en cuya jurisdicción territorial se haya producido esta. Si por razón de las distintas zonas afectadas por ella fueren varios lo Tribunales competentes, el primero que aprehenda el conocimiento del asunto prevendrá e impedirá a los demás conocer del mismo.
