º. En aquellas regiones en donde la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social preste los servicios de cobertura familiar, el monto de la cotización será del doce por ciento (12%) y cumplirá para todos sus efectos las normas relacionadas con la compensación del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
