El nombre de los miembros del Consejo Directivo, de los integrantes del Comité de Vigilancia, del Gerente, del Secretario, del Tesorero y del Fiscal deberán inscribirse ante la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor; toda modificación se comunicará a la citada dependencia, adjuntando copia del acto por el cual fueron nombrados o elegidos, indicando el domicilio, nombre y documento de identificación. Tales designaciones no producirán efecto alguno dentro de la sociedad o frente a terceros hasta su inscripción.
