º Definición de vivienda nueva. Para los efectos de este Decreto se considera como vivienda nueva toda construcción respecto de la cual se efectué por primera vez su venta y cuyo diseño se encuentre concebido para la morada o habitación residencial. En la póliza respectiva se determinarán las construcciones que, no obstante participar de las características anotadas en el inciso anterior, no resultan asegurables, por haber sido habilitadas con anterioridad a la venta para vivienda, por el término que allí se establezca.
