Cuando el procesado violare alguna de las obligaciones contraídas en la diligencia revocará la excarcelación y se le detendrá nuevamente.

Cuando conforme al anterior inciso se revocare la excarcelación concedida a un procesado, no podrá otorgársele de nuevo en el mismo asunto, salvo los casos de sobreseimiento o de absolución en primera instancia.
