Oportunidad para decretar las causales de invalidez . Las causales de invalidez podrán decretarse en cualquier estado del proceso por el funcionario investigador o el jefe de la dependencia investigadora. Cuando la Comisión de Personal advirtiere la existencia de alguna de las causales previstas en el artículo anterior, devolverá el expediente a la dependencia investigadora con la recomendación de que se subsane la actuación procesal.
