En los escrutinios de las elecciones verificadas corporaciones públicas, de acuerdo con esta Ley, se observarán, en cuanto fueren aplicables, las disposiciones contenidas en los artículos 124, 125 y 126. Los paquetes de papeletas y las actas de escrutinios se conservarán custodiados en el archivo de la corporación, bajo la responsabilidad solidaria del Presidente y del Secretario, mientras pueda intentarse la demanda de nulidad de dichas elecciones.
