Artículo tercero. En la celebración de contratos y en las disposiciones que haya de tomar, la Junta estará sometida a las normas que regulan la marcha de las Instituciones de Utilidad Común, las de la Sección de Tuberculosis de este Ministerio, y a las establecidas o que establezca la Contraloría General de la República. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
