ARTICULO 102. Serán sancionados por la autoridad metropolitana, distrital o municipal competente de acuerdo con las normas contenidas en el presente Decreto la empresa de transporte público colectivo municipal de pasajeros y mixto y quienes desarrollen la actividad transportadora de servicio público sin sujeción a las normas legales.
