Las obras necesarias para la pavimentación y ensanche de las calles de la ciudad de Garzón serán acordadas por una Junta compuesta por el Alcalde, el Personero Municipal y el Secretario de Obras Públicas del Departamento. El plan general, una vez acordado, será sometido a la aprobación del Gobernador.
