ASIGNACIONES MENSUALES. Las asignaciones mensuales de los Agentes de la Policía Nacional serán determinadas por las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

Salvo los casos previstos en el artículo 28 de este estatuto o en otras normas legales especificas, ningún Agente de la Policía Nacional podrá recibir, por razón de desempeño de sus funciones, sueldos, primas, bonificaciones o cualquier otra clase de remuneraciones de entidades oficiales del orden nacional, departamental o municipal.
