ARTICULO 90 . IMPARCIALIDAD DEL FUNCIONARIO EN LA BÚSQUEDA Y APRECIACIÓN DE LA PRUEBA. El funcionario buscará la verdad. Para ello deberá investigar con igual rigor, los hechos y circunstancias que demuestran la existencia de la falta disciplinaria y la responsabilidad del investigado, lo mismo que los que tiendan a mostrar su inexistencia o le eximan de responsabilidad. Para tal efecto, el funcionario podrá decretar y practicar pruebas de oficio.
