Términos y condiciones de destinación. Los proyectos de inversión financiados con cargo a los recursos del incentivo a los que se refiere el presente Capítulo serán priorizados y aprobados por la entidad territorial beneficiaria o el OCAD Paz, según corresponda. Las demás etapas del ciclo del proyecto serán de competencia de las entidades territoriales beneficiarias, de conformidad con la normativa vigente.
