Art. 143. El mismo deber que se impone al Poder Ejecutivo en los dos artículos anteriores, tendrán los Gobernadores de Departamento, los Prefectos de Provincia y los Alcaldes, obrando cada uno dentro de los límites de su jurisdicción, y con sujeción a las órdenes de sus respectivos superiores.
