º Sanción en caso de nulidad. La violación de las normas procedimentales consagradas en el presente Decreto, dará lugar a la nulidad de lo actuado y el funcionario responsable será condenado en costas, o sancionado con la pérdida del empleo, a juicio del Ministro del Trabajo.
