Cuando los planteles de Jornada Adicional no cumplan con las funciones y objetivos del Programa Especial de Jornada Adicional, previa inspección y comprobación, el nominador procederá a retirar las plazas asignadas, ordenará la suspensión de la Jornada Adicional a partir del año siguiente y el plantel deberá otorgar el porcentaje de becas de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
