Los exámenes se verificarán en la capital de la República y en las capitales de los Departamentos. Los que se realicen en aquélla se harán bajo la inmediata dirección y vigilancia de la Selección respectiva del Ministerio de Educación y de los miembros del Jurado correspondiente; los que tengan lugar en las últimas, bajo el control de los Directores e Inspectores Nacionales de Educación y demás funcionarios que designe el Ministerio del ramo.
