Hasta la total cancelación de los pagarés a que se refiere el artículo 4° de esta Ley, el Banco Popular queda exonerado de toda clase de inversiones forzosas, decretadas anteriormente o que el en el futuro se decreten, sobre sus exigibles, lo mismo que sobre sus depósitos de ahorros.
