Para contribuír a la construcción de las obras de que trata el artículo anterior, destínase la suma de diez millones de pesos ($ 10.000.000.00), que se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, quedando facultado el Gobierno Nacional para hacer las apropiaciones y traslados que fueren necesarios con el fin de cumplir el ordenamiento de la presente Ley.
