Para ascender en la jerarquía militar, los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, además de los requisitos exigidos en los artículos 24, 52, 53, 54 y 94 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, deberán obtener la clasificación necesaria determinada por el Reglamento de Calificación y Clasificación para el Personal de las Fuerzas Militares.
