En las resoluciones que sobre cancelación de matrícula dicte el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, se expresarán los motivos en que se funden. Estas resoluciones se notificarán personalmente al interesado, quien podrá pedir su reconsideración y acompañar los comprobantes en que apoye su solicitud, dentro de los quince días siguientes a la fecha de la notificación.
