Giros al Fondo. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas y las demás dependencias de la Rama Ejecutiva, cuando sea el caso, giraran a favor del Tesoro General de la Nación en su carácter de Tesorero del Fondo las sumas que figuren en el presupuesto con destino al mismo, o que se hayan votado para la atención de edificios, jardines y monumentos nacionales, giro que harán con sujeción a los acuerdos mensuales de gastos.
