El que falsifique papel sellado o estampillas oficiales de cualquier clase, incurrirá en prisión de dos a seis años y en multa de ciento a dos mil pesos. En la misma sanción incurrirá el que fabrique o a sabiendas conserve, venda o introduzca los elementos que por su naturaleza están destinados exclusivamente a la falsificación de las especies a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
