Vigencia y derogatorias. Lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto deja sin efecto lo previsto en la Resolución 44 de 1991 expedida por la Junta Monetaria y sus normas concordantes, lo mismo que el artículo 17 del Estatuto orgánico del Sistema Financiero y rige desde el 1° de enero de 1994.
