ARTICULO 43. DE LA CONCURRENCIA DE LOS HIJOS ADOPTIVOS AL RECONOCIMIENTO DEL PAGO DEL SEGURO POR MUERTE, A LA SUSTITUCION PENSIONAL Y AL PAGO DE LA CESANTIA. En los casos de reconocimiento y pago del seguro por muerte, lo mismo que en la sustitución pensional, los hijos adoptivos por adopción plena concurrirán como hijos legítimos del fallecido. En tales casos, los adoptivos por adopción simple concurrirán como hijos naturales. El hijo adoptivo será también beneficiario del pago del auxilio de cesantía que hubiere correspondido al padre adoptante que fallezca en servicio.
