A la misma pena queda sometido el ministro eclesiástico que incurra en alguno de los delitos comprendidos en el artículo anterior, respecto de actos o documentos que puedan producir efectos en el estado civil de las personas.

Si hay perjuicio, se impone, además, sanción pecuniaria de cien a dos mil pesos.
