° Sanciones. La violación de los artículos 3° y 4° anteriores acarreará a los infractores las sanciones de que trata el artículo 80 y concordantes del Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984. En desarrollo de las investigaciones y para la aplicación de las sanciones correspondientes a que hubiere lugar, DIMAR calificar las condiciones de igualdad.
